Registration Options

The Forum offers many options for registration.  The registration choices are built to fit your work schedule and educational needs.  Registrations vary from a full 4 day registration to individual days, if the option of a full registration doesn't fit your schedule. 

Admission to all General Sessions, workshops, receptions and exhibit hall will be limited to the type of registration selected.

The National Postal Forum is the one event that provides Food functions starting Sunday evening all the way thru the closing event if a full registration is purchased.  No need for extra per diem for food during your stay!

 

Full registration includes all four days of: Workshops, General Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibits, Evening Receptions, Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, Wednesday Evening Closing Event. 

Cost:  Early Bird - $900.00, Regular Rate - $950.00, On-site Rate - $995.00

 

Three-Day Registration includes three days of: Workshops and General Sessions, Special Sessions, Exhibits, Continental Breakfasts, Lunches and Social Events on the days chosen. 

Cost:  Early Bird - $800.00, Regular Rate - $850.00, On-site Rate - $900.00

 

One or Two-Day Registration includes on the day(s) chosen workshops and General Session, Special Sessions, Exhibits, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Social Events on the day(s) chosen. 

Cost:  (TWO DAY) Early Bird - $750.00, Regular Rate - $800.00,
On-site Rate - $850.00

Cost:  (ONE DAY) Early Bird - $500.00, Regular Rate - $500.00,
On-site Rate - $500.00

Exhibit Hall Only does not include access to general or education sessions or any social functions.

Cost:  Early Bird - $50.00, Regular Rate - $50.00, On-site Rate - $75.00

Speakers:  Please use the Speaker Registration Form in the Speaker's Guide (arrival date Mid January)

 

OPTIONAL FEES

GUEST/SPOUSE: (Food and social functions only)  Cost:  $275.00

NPF GOLF TOURNAMENT, SATURDAY:  Includes greens fees, cart, transportation, awards, lunch, reception and prizes.  Cost:  $125.00

Discount Options

Be sure to take advantage of many of the discounts offered to NPF attendees.  These discounts begin with the early bird discount.  Register by January 27 and save $50 off your registration.

If you are a member of a PCC or MTAC sponsored organization, take $50 off a full registration or $25 off a three or two day registration.

There is also a mulitple employee discount.  After the first registration, all additional employees from the same company receive an additional $25 discount (Does not apply to One Day and Guest registrations). 

These discounts are not exclusive to each other.  Don't miss the opportunity to reduce your registration fee!

Cancellation Options

Cancellations received by February 17 are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Cancellations received between February 18 and March 1 are subject to a $100 processing fee.

No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for cancellations received after March 1.

All cancellations must be received in writing via fax (703-218-5020) or email (info@npf.org). 

Cancellations of registration will also cancel your hotel room reservation.
