How many attendees come to the National Postal Forum?
An average of 5,000+ people attend the National Postal Forum. Over 85% of these attendees are potential buying customers with the mailing industry. Approximately 3,000 are mailing industry participants, who represent publishing, banking, insurance, mailing houses, presort, utilities and advertising companies. An additional 1,500 attendees represent exhibiting companies and 500 are USPS representatives.

The 2012 space rate remains the same - $39.25 per square foot or $3,925 per 10'x10' space.

Will there be other costs to exhibitors associated with exhibiting?
Yes. The NPF has selected The Freeman Companies as the official decorator for the Forum. Costs for booth furnishings, electrical, drayage, etc. will be additional. Please refer to the Freeman Service manual that will be accessible online at the NPF website.

Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-assigned basis.

When will I receive my confirmation packet?
Confirmation packets will be emailed out three weeks before the start date of the Forum.

When will I receive confirmation on my hotel reservation?
Confirmation for hotel reservations will come directly from the hotel. Once your registration is processed and your reservation sent to the hotel, the hotel will send out your confirmation. You may also call the hotel directly to confirm you reservation after they have processed it.

Is there parking at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center and if so, what is the cost?
Parking is available at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. Self parking is $13 and valet is $20 per day for guests. If staying off property, these amounts will be charged each time the vehicle leaves the property.

Where and when do I pick up my Registration Materials?
Registration will be located at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center in the Florida Exhibit Hall. It opens on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 8:00 am for Exhibitors and Attendees, at which time badges may be picked up.

How do I acquire my USPS Professional Certificate and when will I receive it?
Certificates are awarded to Forum attendees who complete the sessions required per the certificate testing. See the list of 2012 certificates and the required sessions in the 2012 Program and Exhibt Guide or on our website. Register online at our website when certificate testing opens during the show or upon returning to the office.
