The turnkey option is great for new or small companies seeking visibility.  You'll be able to establish a presence affordably, while eliminating costly set-up fees.  Designed for a smaller presence on the exhibit floor.  Availability limited to the first 10 applicants.

Exhibitor FAQ

How many attendees come to the National Postal Forum?
An average of 5,000+ people attend the National Postal Forum.  Over 85% of these attendees are potential buying customers with the mailing industry.  Approximately 3,000 are mailing industry participants, who represent publishing, banking, insurance, mailing houses, presort, utilities and advertising companies.  An additional 1,500 attendees represent exhibiting companies and 500 are USPS representatives.

When is the National Postal Forum?
The National Postal Forum will be held April 1-4, 2012 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

What are the booth rates for 2012?
The 2012 NPF booth space rate will remain the same - $39.25 per square foot or $3,925 per 10'x10' space.

What is included in the cost of exhibit space?

  • Exhibitors receive the following per 10'x10' space rented:
  • Standard booth equipment : 8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, one identification sign.
  • Four complimentary badges that allow access to the Exhibit Hall, NPF Sessions and       Networking Receptions.
  • Complete company and product listing in the on-site Exhibit Hall Guide, distributed free to all attendees.
  • Complete company and product listing in the online expo.
  • Complimentary Exhibit Hall passes for exhibitors to distribute to customers.
  • Special discounted rates on advertising in the on-site National Postal Forum Program and Exhibit Hall Guide.
  • Sponsor and Co-Sponsor opportunities.
  • Access to registered attendee mail list for exhibitor promotions.
  • Exhibit Hall-only time for attendees.
  • Opening reception in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Upgraded show floor promotions to increase traffic flow.
  • Consultation Center located to build exhibit floor traffic.
  • 24-hour security service.
  • Refreshments, coffee and other beverages available daily in Exhibit Hall. 

Will there be other costs to exhibitors associated with exhibiting?
Yes.  The NPF has selected The Freeman Companies as the official decorator for the Forum.  Costs for booth furnishings, electrical, drayage, etc. will be additional.  Please refer to the Freeman Service manual that will be accessible online at the NPF website.

How is space assigned?
Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-assigned basis.

What are the dates and location of the current Forum?                           The current Forum will be held April 1-4, 2012 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.   

Where is the next forum?
The 2013 NPF Forum will be held in San Francisco, CA, March 17-20.

Did you receive my registration?
Call the NPF office at 703-218-5015 to verify receipt of your registration.

How can I get a receipt for my registration?
Contact NPF via e-mail at info@npf.org or call 703-218-5015 and request a receipt for registration.

When will I receive my confirmation packet?
Confirmation packets will be emailed out three weeks before the start date of the Forum.

When will I receive confirmation on my hotel reservation?
Confirmation for hotel reservations will come directly from the hotel.  Once your registration is processed and your reservation sent to the hotel, the hotel will send out your confirmation.  You may also call the hotel directly to confirm your reservation after they have processed it.

What is the address and phone number of the hotel where I have requested a reservation?
A list of the hotels with their address and phone numbers is listed on our website under the Exhibitor Resource Tab then Housing.

What is the address and phone number of the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center? 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34746 Telephone:  407-586-0000

Is there parking at the Convention Center and if so, what is the cost? Yes...parking is $13 for self parking and $20 for valet per day if staying at the resort.  If staying off property, these rates apply each time the vehicle leaves the property.

Who is the Wednesday evening entertainment?
The Wednesday evening event will be determined at a later date.

Where and when do I pick up my badge?
Registration, located at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center and opens on Satureday, March 31, 2012, at which time exhibitors can pick-up their badges.

Where can I leave a message or contact an attendee?
A message center will be available at the Registration.
